Music is a great stress reliever. Put on some loud music and dance! When you're going crazy, turn up the volume, close your eyes, and just sway to the music.
Have a long, relaxing bubble bath. (Best when kids are already in bed!) It’s a great way to unwind after an exhausting day.
Call an old friend. Do you have a close friend you haven’t chatted with in a long time? Give her a call, or chat with her on Skype. You'll both be glad you did.
