No-Bake Acorn Cookies 15 · 10 · 15

Ingredients: 
Hershey Kisses
bite size Nutter Butter cookies
mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Melt 1/2 bag of chocolate chips in microwave for 20 second intervals (in a small bowl) and stir between times until chips are melted. Dip Hershey Kisses in melted chocolate (tip: use a toothpick!) and press on Nutter Butter cookie. Dip an un-melted chocolate chip and press on the other end of the Nutter Butter cookie. So cutre! Let cool for 10-20 minutes in fridge.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 3 cups corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced, optional
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons milk, or more, to taste
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, or more, to taste
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
